You Have To Fight In These Conditions...No Matter What!

NOTE: From this post onward I am British-French Army Commando, Alfred Baptiste Laurent.

Why do you think we soldiers have to fight in trenches? This will be our life from now on. This is 1910's France, we have formed an alliance with Britain to beat Germany to the ground. Germany has a large army but they are weak. Our Trenches have been dug in such a way that Germany will get so annoyed trying to get to our land, This is what our trench looks like:

Yes. This is a birds-eye view of how our part of the battlefield looks like. This may not be visible on the diagram, but every 400 feet there will be a 'separation'.

In the trenches, soldiers can do many things like:

  • Fight
  • Clean their artillery
  • Write home
  • Sleep (In tough conditions)
  • Do guard or lookout duty
  • Patrol No Man's Land.
That is all for this post.

Stay Strong, Keep Calm.

Do Your Country Proud.

Cmdr. Alfred Baptiste Laurent.
